Before you train

Does installation require screws?

No. The bar uses adjustable compression, gear locks and support levers instead of permanent screws or drilling.

How do I know the bar is straight?

Use the level built into the center housing to confirm the bar is horizontal before tightening and using it. The bubble should be directly in the middle.

What keeps the bar from rotating loose?

The triple gear-lock system combines a reinforced lock sleeve, anti-rotation gears and an anti-loosening thread.

Will it fit my doorway?

It fits door frames from 30" to 40" wide. Measure the inside width of your doorway before ordering.

What is the maximum supported weight?
