Amazing product. After surgery my muscles were super weak. Going to the gym hurt too much and was just down because I couldn't lift what I used to lift. Been on the ripstick for about a month and every soft muscle is now activated and I feel my strength coming back. My wife is using it as well. She has been dealing with a lot of medical issues preventing her from pushing herself out the bed. 1 month later she is able to push her self up no issues and she carried some groceries with no issues. We will be using this forever. A must buy

I’ve had my ripstick since Xmas of last year…. The only band it came with snapped 5 months later… let’s just say I used it more then I didn’t during that time period….
